Naipunnya Group is functioning under the Naipunnya Charitable Society which is a registered charitable society under Travancore Cochin Charitable Society Registration Act. The president of the society is His Beatitude Mar Varkey Cardinal Vithayathil, The Archbishop of Ernakulam -Angamaly Archdiocese and the present secretary is Rev. Fr. Sebastian Kalappurackal..
