The college library has an impressive stock of books, regularly updated according to the requirements of the students. Exhaustive study materials- Indian as well as foreign are available for reference. Many a magazine and journal are provided to the students. The library is housed in a spacious building sufficient to accommodate the users and it functions from 8 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. |

LANGUAGE LAB
The language lab situated in the library complex is well arranged with 20 cubicles, each with an audio system, microphone, headphone etc. Teacher-student interaction is made effective through the teacher console. Students can avail of the facilities here to improve their communication skills.

AUDITORIUM & CONFERENCE HALL
The institute has a spacious auditorium with a capacity to seat 500 in theatre style. The college assembly is conducted here on all Mondays. Other special functions and cultural activities are also held in the auditorium. The college has a spacious conference hall. Special training programmes and meetings are organized in this hall.

HOSTEL & CANTEEN
Separate hostels are run for boys and girls. The male students are accommodated in the hostel located in the campus. Hostel facilities are provided for girls under the supervision of Rev. Sisters. Light refreshments and meals are provided in the canteen for the staff and students. The cafeteria also provides snacks and light drinks.

COMPUTER LAB
Naipunnya maintains a sophisticated computer lab. Individual access is ensured and the students get hands on experience in the lab. The lab is open for the students even after the college timings. The computer terminals are connected with Local Area Network (LAN). High performance processors and latest authorized software are made available. The computer lab timings are from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday. |

The training restaurants in the institute are exact replicas of hotel restaurants. These restaurants make a simulated effect with the furniture and fixtures.

The food production labs ( Basic, Quantity and Advanced) are well set with all state-of-the-art equipment required for a real hotel kitchen. International standards of hygiene and food handling techniques are maintained here.

CHAPEL & COUNSELING FOR STUDENTS
Holy Mass is celebrated in the chapel on the First Fridays of every month. Attendance is compulsory for Catholic students. Other Christian students are also encouraged to attend the Mass. The chapel is open on all days. A qualified counselor is made available to the student community. Student counseling is done after 3.15 p.m. |

ETHICS COMMITTEE
Under the supervision of the Principal and HODs, the college has an Ethics Committee. The Committee is in charge of ensuring proper behaviour of the academic body in the campus. |

This Forum headed by two staff members manages and nourishes the artistic skills of the students. The arts events in the college are planned and conducted by this Forum. |
