Aiming at the overall development of the students by providing more opportunities for co-curricular activities and generating genuine interest in learning , Naipunnya has developed the Training and Placement Cell. The Programme known as Executive Grooming Programme (EGP) is intended to explore the hidden talents and improve the self-confidence of the students, following a parallel syllabus taking into account the latest trends in the society and industry.
EGP includes the Electives and Soft skill Development (SSD) programmes. Various methods like mock interviews, quiz competitions, extempore, group discussions, debates, seminars, presentations, management games, memory enhancing techniques, usage of language lab, Industrial visit, study tours, etc are included in EGP
P&T cell arranges Industrial Training in five star and International chain hotels like Taj hotels , Leela hotels, and Inter Continental for the students to acquire more knowledge and to acquaint with various departments. in hotels in India and abroad (Holiday Inn Muscat, Taj Maldives).
P&T cell provides 100% placement for the students who complete the course successfully in various star hotels, in India and abroad through campus Interviews and direct interviews. Some of our well-wishers are Emirates Dubai, Leela Group of Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels, CGH Earth.
